The inverted pyramid design features a story-high steel space truss at the uppermost floor, which is used to suspend the floors below. The full-height central atrium features an incredible 60’-diameter steel dome. The hardened basement-level command post was designed to withstand the collapse weight of the entire superstructure.
Chase Plaza
Located in the central district of Jakarta, the Chase Plaza is composed of a 29-story office tower, a 10-story bank tower, and a seven-story parking structure. All three are concrete structures with deep precast concrete pile foundations.
