Kate Motonaga, CFE
As the Chief Financial Officer at Miyamoto International, Kate Motonaga has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience in multiple disciplines for a broad range of international companies. Kate contributes her wealth of knowledge to working with large, small, foreign, American, start-up, well-established, and distressed companies.
A certified fraud expert, Kate has held senior leadership positions for international Fortune 1000 companies, including Honeywell, Avery Dennison and Kaiser Aluminum. She also worked with Botanical Food Company, owned by ICM in Australia, as well as CEO of her own consulting business. With these companies, she was involved in leading them through significant growth and international opportunities. Kate earned her BA in Business Economics, with concentrations in both Accounting and Finance, and earned an MBA from UCLA.
